My name is Danielle, a practitioner of natural living and a lifelong student of holistic healthcare. I am no stranger to the medicine that is already naturally available to us. This is movement, meditation, and our ability to nourish ourselves with what Mama Earth provides.

 

After pursuing my passion for Yoga, Ayurveda, and other holistic approaches to wellness, I solidified my purpose. It is to share the benefits of Yoga and integrate the timeless wisdom of health into our modern lifestyles. I am here to guide and inspire you towards optimal well-being!

Danielle's voice and instructions are very easy to follow without having to look or watch her do the poses. The flow connects to every move and breath. I love hearing her breathe, gently reminding me to breathe as well. Awesome class tonight!
